GDPR regulations state that I have to explain what data I keep and what I do with it. Given the nature of my business, this amounts to very little data.
I collect only the data necessary to reply to your enquiry and to fulfil the job that you hire me for. Ie. Your name(s), address(s), telephone number(s) and e-mail address(s).
This data is collected when you fill in the contact form on my website, e-mail me and / or fill in a booking form. Paper copies of this data are kept in a secure cabinet in my locked home. Electronic copies are kept on a password protected computer.
If an enquiry does not go on to become a booking then all data will be deleted after 60 days. Where a booking is made I keep data for 7 years, in-line with my accounting data procedures.
When you make a payment to me I do not keep any record of card or bank account details once the transaction is complete. I do of course, however, keep a record that the transaction took place in my accounts.
You have the right to:
confirmation as to whether I am processing data regarding you.
access to information regarding you data that is stored at any time
rectification of inaccurate or incorrect information
erasure of your data.
For clients desiring an on-line gallery I use a third party gallery hosting site. I will need to input your names and e-mail addresses into this site in order to ensure secure access for you to your gallery. This gallery provider is carefully chosen, highly reputable and fully GDPR compliant.

On this website, I have integrated the component of Google Analytics (with the anonymizer function). By means of this application the IP address of the Internet connection of the data subject is abridged by Google and anonymised when accessing our websites from a Member State of the European Union or another Contracting State to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
The purpose of the Google Analytics component is to analyze the traffic on our website. Google uses the collected data and information, inter alia, to evaluate the use of our website and to provide online reports, which show the activities on our websites, and to provide other services concerning the use of our Internet site for us.
Google Analytics places a cookie on the information technology system of the data subject. The cookie is used to store personal information, such as the access time, the location from which the access was made, and the frequency of visits of our website by the data subject. With each visit to our Internet site, such personal data, including the IP address of the Internet access used by the data subject, will be transmitted to Google in the United States of America. These personal data are stored by Google in the United States of America. Google may pass these personal data collected through the technical procedure to third parties.
The data subject may, prevent the setting of cookies through our website at any time by means of a corresponding adjustment of the web browser used and thus permanently deny the setting of cookies. Such an adjustment to the Internet browser used would also prevent Google Analytics from setting a cookie on the information technology system of the data subject. In addition, cookies already in use by Google Analytics may be deleted at any time via a web browser or other software programs.
